We can only send you an e-ticket if we know who you are so when making your donation please tick the box alongside “I'm happy to be contacted by Josie". Justgiving can then share your email address with me and I can send you your ticket numbers. If you aren't prompted to do this or forget to do so, please send your details to: breathoflife.bristol@hotmail.com to ensure tickets can be allocated correctly. 

Where the donor cannot be identified or contacted the donation will still be sent to the British Lung Foundation but will not be entered into the draw.

T&C's

1.  To enter tickets can be purchased in person or via this just giving page . Maximum ticket allocation per person is capped at 100.

2.   Tickets can be purchased from Monday 4th November until midnight on Thursday 19th December. Any entries received after the closing date or made without contact details provided will not be entered into the prize draw, but donations to BLF will be received. 

3.   One winner for each one of the prizes will be drawn at random from all eligible entries in an electronic draw through randomdraws.com on Friday 20th December and will be contacted no later than Sunday 22nd December. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

4.  The prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

5. Prizes unclaimed after 10 days will be re-drawn.
